UGG® Returns Policy


To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an authentic UGG® product
  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Be in a new and unused condition

If your product does not meet all of the above criteria, it may still be eligible for return under our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty policy here.


Return to our warehouse

For all direct purchases from you have the option to send your product back to our warehouse for an exchange or refund within 30 days of original purchase. To start your return/exchange process, please click on the following link:


Please be sure to print and include your return form in the package with your shoes. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at time of return processing, a refund* will be issued to the original form of payment used on the order.


*All refunds back to the original form of payment will be for the total amount of the product plus any applicable tax. Any additional costs (shipping, gift wrap, etc) will not be refunded during the return process.
